Peppermint essential oil has many different uses and effects such as:

For steam facial: Put 5-10 drops of the peppermint essential oil in a facial steamer and use.

For massage: dilute 20-30 drops of the peppermint essential oil to 50ml (1 2/3 fl.oz.) of carrie oil. Take some oil in your hand and gently massage your entire body.

For hair care: add a few drops of the peppermint essential oil to your shampoo, then wash your hair to help prevent dandruff.

Add 10-15 drops of the peppermint essential oil into the diffuser. Then put it into the bedroom shortly before bedtime. This will allow the scent to linger throughout your sleeping hours, help you sleep better at night.
