HOW TO USE:

- Drop orange peel essential oil on to the skin that needs to be beautified, or add it with base oil (seeds of grape, almond, olive, coconut oil, jojoba ...) as your option, use from 5-15 drops per serving, apply Essential oil on the neck and face area (keep essential oil from exposing to the eyes), massage gently until essential oil penetrates into your skin, in order to reach the highest efficiency, help your skin smooth, firm, rejuvenated and bright.

- You can use orange peel essential oil to massage your abdomen, thighs, buttocks, to remove excess fat, stretch, crack, help regaining physique, against all harmful effects of the environment, prolong youth beauty.

- Used for facial steam, add 5-10 drops to the hydraulic steam vaporizer (If you don't have a steam vaporizer, you can use a bowl of hot water at about 85 - 90oC) cover with a towel so that your head is covered up  to keep heat and prevent essential oil from escaping, steam directly to your face for 5-10 minutes, the heat carried by the essential oil will spread evenly over the steamed skin zone, the essential oil will easily absorbed into your skin thoroughly, helps your skin smooth, your facial muscles firm, naturally pinkish white.

- Or essential oil can be mixed with shower gel that cleans, removes dead skin, moisturizes the skin, creates a feeling of relaxation, refreshment, and stress relief.

オレンジの皮 のエッセンシャルオイルの作用 :

にきび、黒ずみ、膿疱を防ぎ、脂性肌のバランスを取り、皮膚の死んだ細胞を取り除き、毛穴を引き締め、肌を白くし、老化防止し、そばかすを防ぎます。
オレンジの皮のエッセンシャルオイルは、皮膚の死んだ細胞を排除し、皮膚のオイルレベルのバランスを取り、荒れを防ぎ、皮膚を柔らかく滑らかで若々しくする能力があるため、油性皮膚の奇跡と見なされています。同時にクレンジング、抗炎症、抗真菌および抗菌特性のおかげで、オレンジの皮は、膿疱、黒ずみ、にきびを防ぎ、肌に輝きを与えます。さらに、オレンジの皮は、老化との戦い、毛穴の引き締め、皮膚の斑点やそばかすのぼやけにも役立ちます。

成分：D-リモーム、フラボノイド、フィトエストロゲン、イソチオシアネート、ジアリルサルファイド、茶ポリフェノール、モノテルペン、リモネン。

使用方法 :

 - 美化が必要な皮膚にオレンジの皮のエッセンシャルオイルを塗布するか、必要に応じてベースオイル（グレープシード、アーモンド、オリーブ、ココナッツオイル、ジョジョバなど）を加えます。それぞれ5〜15滴、油を塗って使用します。首と顔の部分にエッセンシャルオイルを塗り（エッセンシャルオイルが目と接触しないようにします）、エッセンシャルオイルが完全に肌に浸透するまで優しくマッサージして、最高の効果を発揮し、滑らかでしっかりした肌を若返らせます。

- オレンジのエッセンシャルオイルを使用して、腹部、太もも、お尻をマッサージし、余分な脂肪、ストレッチマーク、ひび割れを改善し、体格を取り戻し、環境のすべての有害な影響と戦い、若さを長持ちさせることができます。

-顔の蒸気に使用し、水力気化器に5〜10滴を入れ（気化器がない場合は、約85〜90^oCのボウルのお湯を使用できます）熱を保ち、エッセンシャルオイルが漏れないようにタオルで覆います、顔を直接蒸す5〜10分、エッセンシャルオイルによって運ばれる熱は蒸し領域に均等に広がり、エッセンシャルオイルは肌に完全に吸収されやすく、滑らかな肌、しっかりした顔の筋肉、自然にホワイトピンクになります。

- または、シャワージェルと混合して、クレンジング、死んだ皮膚の除去、皮膚の保湿、リラックス感、リフレッシュ感の創出、ストレスの軽減を行うことができます。
